My program teaches a wide range of skills and activities, with the goal that each student will become physically fit, and able to enjoy a variety of physical activities.

I emphasize participation, rather than competition, in a supportive, positive atmosphere. Students will respect the equipment, the instructor, and especially each other. Sportsmanship will be stressed at all times, as well as learning and abiding by the rules of the various games and activities.

The program consists of various sports, sports-skills, games, fitness-skills, and stretching exercises. Hopefully, students will begin to develop a lifelong commitment to their own physical well-being, health, and fitness.
